Working alongside some of the most successful real estate brokers in the business is one of the components that drives me to be my best.  For over the last 20 years, I have been helping buyers find homes that best fit their needs.  At the same time, I have helped sellers not only sell their homes, but have been proactive in assisting them through the entire sales process.

Before entering the real estate arena, I was a licensed contractor for over a decade.  This experience not only put me into hundreds of homes, but gave me the opportunity to work with some of the best builders, contractors and subcontractors throughout the Puget Sound area at the time.  This exposure to new construction and remodeling projects taught me how to differentiate not just between good and average quality building materials, but workmanship as well.  I am fortunate to have this knowledge and experience, which has been a true asset over the years when working the buyers.
